Menus and operational information are in English and understanding is required to proceed. We will explain how to read the screen and the first operation in Japanese.
- How to read the screen
- The top row shows the date, funds, and power generation amount, and the right side shows the building, warehouse, and crew. First, check the missing resources and free space.
- First operation
- Open INVESTMENTS, PRODUCTION, FARMING, MINING, TRADE on the left and select the required quantity. After preparation, proceed one month with NEXT MONTH.
- Expedition
- Specify colonists, scientists, number of months, and resources to explore in EXPEDITIONS. Before pressing OK, confirm the number of personnel remaining in the colony.
- Target and stopping conditions
- We will have 100 million XRP in 120 months. If the staff runs out of food for three months or continues to be in the red for one year, they will be dismissed, so they will operate with a margin of leeway.

``Terra Infirma: Colony'' is a turn-based colony simulation by joinfive. Manage power, minerals, food, population, and funds on a monthly basis, and aim to make your outpost self-sustaining and buy its freedom from the Empire in 10 years.
PLAN AN EXPEDITION
Decide the number of people and the period,
Search for new deposits.
EXPEDITIONS specifies the colonists and scientists to send, the number of months for the expedition, and the resources to search for. Weigh the risk of removing personnel from colony operations against the opportunity to find new mineral deposits.

Assemble monthly operations based on power generation amount
Uranium is sent to a generator to secure kW, which is then allocated to construction, mining, and production. At the top and right side of the screen, you can check the status of your funds, power generation, buildings, warehouses, and crew at once.
Search for unknown deposits on an expedition
Select colonists and scientists, time period, and targets of exploration and send out an expedition. The official explanation states that while you can explore and discover new deposits, expeditions also come with risks.
Connect buildings, production, and trade to a 10-year plan
Increase your workforce with houses, produce machinery with factories, and expand trade opportunities with landing fields. We will have 120 million XRP in stock by 120 months, avoiding food shortages and long-term deficits.
