``Oiligarchy'' is a management simulation where you play as the CEO of an oil company and choose mining locations and investments. Enter each region from the world map and proceed with your business while looking at underground resources, funds, and demand indicators.
FROM MAP TO FIELD
Look around the world,
Descend to one area.
Selecting a region on the world map at the bottom left of the screen will switch to the local screen where you can see the city and underground cross section at the same time. Corporate actions include not only mining, but also political lobbying and responses to alternative energy.

Explore and open oil fields around the world
Select a region from the global map, investigate candidate underground locations, and proceed with mining. On the regional screen, you can check the surface and underground cross sections, funds and oil indicators on one screen.
Expand while monitoring demand and remaining resources
Oil demand is tied to economic growth and dependence, and the more resources are extracted, the less resources there are. We choose investments based not only on immediate profits, but also on the progress of the year and remaining supply sources.
Intervening in politics and energy policy
Official explanations also point to lobbying politicians and blocking alternative energy sources as corporate methods. A satirical depiction of the structure in which business decisions have a ripple effect on society and the environment.
