HOW TO PLAY
Controls and goals
- How to operate
- Left-click or C to use the selected equipment, and right-click or V to open the tool panel. For conveyors, inserters, and bridges, hold down and enter the direction, then press Enter to open the main menu
- Goal
- Build an automated line to transport the mined raw materials to the furnace and factory, produce robots, load them onto a rocket, and send them out to the galaxy.
ABOUT THE GAME
If you place a mining machine,
The flow of the factory begins to move.
``DeFacto'' is a factory simulation that builds automated equipment in the limited terrain of an asteroid. Mining machines are placed in ore deposits and raw materials are transported to furnaces and factories to be turned into more valuable products.
CONNECT THE CHAIN
Place the equipment one by one,
Design resource exit.
Right-click to open the tool panel and select the equipment to install. If you place the sales equipment near the mining machine, the amount of money you have will decrease, and next you will move on to the stage of considering the direction and distance of the transport equipment.

Place mining machine in resource area
Look at the location of the raw materials scattered on the map and place the mining machine to the ore deposit. Terrain and resource spacing are the initial design conditions that determine subsequent transport routes.
Consolidate transportation, refining, and manufacturing into one flow
Raw materials are transported using inserters, conveyors, and bridges, refined in furnaces, and multiple materials are combined into products at the factory. It is necessary to align the orientation and input/output for each piece of equipment.
Create a robot and send it into space
Funds obtained from sales are used for the next equipment and recipes to gradually create more complex products. The ultimate goal is to launch a rocket full of robots and continue exploring the galaxy.

- Required time
- Official itch.io states that the average session is approximately 30 minutes. You can save the factory and restart from where you left off.
- Language
- Introduction, goals, equipment names, and operating instructions are in English. We determined that English is required because English reading comprehension is required to understand the purpose of the factory and the role of each tool.
- How to proceed in the beginning
- Select NEW MAP and proceed with the installation. Start by right-clicking to open the tool panel, select MINER, and place it in a resource area such as orange.
