Q and W on the left side of the screen are shown as THIGHS, O and P on the right side are shown as CALVES, and pressing each key changes the posture of the legs. Rather than a single movement key, it is configured to switch between two sets of inputs to move forward.

Display players on one screen.
There are Q and W buttons at the top left of the game screen, O and P buttons at the top right, and a progress display in metres in the center. This configuration allows you to check the players on the track and the four inputs on the same screen.

Move the left and right legs in different directions with two sets of keys
In the official distribution code, the Q/W group moves their left and right hips in opposite directions, and the O/P group moves their left and right knees in opposite directions. Rather than using a single forward key, it is a mechanism that changes the posture by switching between each set of inputs.
Follow the 100m track in meters
The author's official introduction describes this work as a game where you run on a 100m track. Progress is displayed in metres at the top of the game screen, and you can see the players on the track and the four input buttons at the same time.
Use on-screen buttons on smartphones
The author's official introduction states that the HTML5 version also works on smartphones and can be operated using the buttons on the screen. The same Q, W, O, and P as the PC version will be displayed on the game screen.
